The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for Building Services. Qualified vendors will provide small-to-mid-sized contractor projects and maintenance services under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with a three (3) year contract term and options for two (2) one-year renewal covering multiple divisions of work.
Selected contractors will provide on-call and scheduled maintenance and repair services for two building locations: 1801 and 1901 Fox Dr., Champaign, Illinois.
