The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace window blinds at its office buildings located at 1801 and 1901 Fox Drive, Champaign, Illinois. This project aims to enhance the functionality and energy efficiency of the office spaces by installing new window blinds that meet SURS’ operational and design requirements. This is a one-time contract, with work anticipated to begin in May 2025.
Vendors are required to attend a mandatory scheduled walkthrough on either March 10 or March 11, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT.
