SURS members who were certified and begun eligible employment prior to July 1, 2023, are not automatically enrolled in the DCP. However, actively employed members certified prior to July 1, 2023 are eligible to enroll in the DCP. To enroll in the DCP, you will need to log into the SURS Member Website. Login, then click on the “Enroll in SURS Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP)” button. This will log you into the Voya website, where you will be able to complete your enrollment, and select your desired deferral amount.
Please note: only members who are actively employed are eligible to enroll in the DCP. Members who have terminated employment with all SURS-covered employers are not eligible to enroll.
