SURS has completed its paper mailing of the 2025 IRS Form 1099-R to each member or beneficiary who received a distribution in 2025.
Members may log in to the SURS secure Member Website to retrieve a copy. The 1099-R forms can be found under the “My Payment” tab or in the quick links under “Tax Statements.”

This year’s tax deadline is Wednesday, April 15.
