The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors and contractors to establish a multi-year Master Service Agreement (MSA). The selected partner will help enhance our current member and banking verification processes used to confirm identity when personal demographic or bank account information is submitted or updated—whether the change occurs in person, via physical forms, or through phone calls to our call center. It is anticipated that SURS will enter into a three (3) year contract with the selected vendor, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms upon a written agreement. Responses are due by January 16, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. CT.
