SURS is implementing a new pension administration software system to replace legacy platforms and improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience. The project is entering the final software validation phase, followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing. The selected quality assurance (QA) vendor will provide experienced testers to work under the direction of the internal QA team and in collaboration with a third-party implementation partner.
It is anticipated that SURS will enter into a two (2) year contract with an option to extend the contract for one (1) year.
