Non-Investment RFP (Requests For Proposal)
The State Universities Retirement System utilizes OpenGov Procurement as its electronic solicitation system. Vendors interested in doing business with SURS are encouraged to register and subscribe through the OpenGov portal to receive email notifications for Non-Investment opportunities.
Once you create and activate your account, be sure to “Subscribe” to the SURS portal. For more information about how to register, please see the Vendor Guides.
Investment-related RFPs will continue to be issued and submitted through the current system until further notice.
