Defined Contribution Plans Manager

The Defined Contribution Plans Manager is responsible for oversight of the Retirement Savings Plan (401a) and SURS Deferred Compensation Plan (457b), including establishing and implementing policies and procedures, compliance, and leadership. Recordkeeping and many administrative functions are outsourced to a third party. This position will serve as the primary SURS contact and liaison between the recordkeeper and SURS investment, legal, accounting, counseling, employer services, and communication staff, as well as other RSP/DCP service providers who collectively administer the two defined contribution plans.

Velocity Product Manager
