Request For Proposal/Active Searches
The State Universities Retirement System is transitioning to an online electronic solicitation and vendor registration system, hosted by OpenGov Procurement. Our e-Procurement Portal will allow interested parties to do the following:
- Register to receive notifications of future Non-Investment opportunities by signing up for our new e-Procurement Portal and selecting Subscribe to create an account.
- Follow along with updates to existing Non-Investment solicitations by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. This will allow all interested parties to receive amendments automatically.
- Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
- Guide vendors through the process of responding electronically to RFx to ensure your solicitations have been accurately completed.
OpenGov will send you an email to activate your account, so please be on the lookout for that. You may also subscribe to our solicitations by navigating to https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/surs and clicking the “Subscribe” button. For more information about how to register, please see our help file.
Investment-related RFPs will continue to be issued and submitted through the current system until further notice.
For questions, please reach out to Procurement_Officer@surs.org.
