If you notice a change in your July benefit payment, please note that it is likely due to an increase in insurance premiums for members and dependents.
The insurance information was distributed by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) during the recent Benefit Choice Period that ended June 1. The new premiums begin July 1.
You can find a breakdown of your monthly insurance cost online by logging on to mybenefits.illinois.gov using the ID assigned to you by CMS. If you do not have your ID, you can retrieve it through the website’s self-authentication process. You also have the option to call a MyBenefits customer service representative for further assistance Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time toll free at 844-251-1777 or TTY toll free at 844-251-1778.
