The State Universities Retirement System of Illinois (SURS) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide investment management services for active, equity short extension strategy products with leverage levels ranging from 110/10 to 150/50. SURS will consider U.S., EAFE, World, and other index markets. Strategies should seek to maintain a net market exposure of 100% (Beta of 1.0). SURS is issuing the RFP for due diligence purposes, to ensure its receipt of quality services in a cost-effective manner.
