The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors/contractors to establish a multi-year Master Service Agreement (MSA) which acts as a procurement vehicle for securing Genesys licensing, providing Genesys support, conducting a review of the current Genesys configuration and recommending changes leading to optimization and improved disaster recovery position, and conducting a feasibility study for integrating Genesys and Microsoft Teams. SURS reserves the right to issue multiple awards.
