The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting proposals for an upgrade to the Audio Video system in our Main Conference room at 1901 Fox Drive, Champaign, Illinois. This space is being renovated between March and August 2024. The upgraded AV solution must be installed as one of the final steps of the renovation. This request includes designing the system, identifying and buying the components, installing the system, programming and setting up user interfaces, testing, documenting, and training of the system.
