The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is soliciting proposals for staff augmentation, placement firms, and professional search firms with the intent of establishing a multi-year Master Services Agreement(s) (MSA) with qualified vendors to allow for the hiring of technology professionals on an as-needed, temporary basis as well as hiring for full-time vacancies. Selected vendors will be eligible to provide IT staff augmentation services and/or associated recruiting and placement services to SURS under agreed upon terms as needs arise.
